Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. The oils capture the plant’s scent and flavor, also called its “essence”. Once extracted, they are combined with a carrier oil to create a product that is ready for use. Essential oils are most commonly used in the practice of aromatherapy, with the aim of reducing many different common health problems. Whereas some essential oils are meant to be diffused, our oil blends are meant to be used topically. Essential oils can be used to treat stress, anxiety, depression, headaches, migraines, sleep and insomnia issues, inflammation, and skin health. They can also be used to assist in spiritual wellness.
