Understanding your energy, knowing , and working on it is important. The universe understand the language of Energy and vibration and so you attract people or karmically you connect at the same level the people of your frequency. Those that do not work or not of vibratory level will leave and move away. so many time you wonder why people have issues with you or you have them or why do they left , disconnected from a relationship or any kind of a bond it’s because the frequency of the person or yours have shifted doesn’t resonate with you anymore
